Short DescriptionDeloitte is seeking a senior analyst who has knowledge of Microsoft technologies like Conditional Access, Exchange Online.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to member firms worldwide using the Mobile Device Management Service
- Monitor and handle tickets assigned to the support queues and when necessary provide support for major incidents.
- Play an active role in creating and maintaining knowledge base documents and playbooks
- Work together with other teams and member firms on a project-based approach to implement new features and functionality
- Work directly with vendors on any issues or feature enhancements
- Periodically 24-hour On-call shift for emergency coverage
- A strong multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail who can think one step ahead
- You should be well organized and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Direct experience in working with Mobile Device Management tools
- Experience of working within a service management framework e.g. ITIL
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in writing and managing end-user and process documentation

- Technology related degree, or suitable industry experience
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years' experience supporting Mobile Device management solutions
- Knowledge of endpoint Operating systems like iOS and Android
- Knowledge of Microsoft technologies like Conditional Access, Exchange Online
- Experience in working in a large global organization
- Experience of working with ServiceNow
