  • Technology depth - credible experience with Digital (including mobile, workflow, AI, RPA analytics, agile, design led development)

  • Accelerate Transition revenue through proposing value-led Transition solutions for clients 

  • Would lead and drive Innovation & Transformation with in Transitions function. Must have experience towards Digital, Strategy and Transformation.

  • Deliver more strategic/large/complex projects and make the function Digitally savvy

  • Excellent with Digital landscape understanding, should be a design thinking expert

  • Should be an Individual Innovator, extremely curious and who can challenge the leadership to reshape the DNA

  • Someone who can look at this as an R&D function and bring in new ideas along with product development

The role demands the Transition Innovation Leader to be multifaceted and be able to skilfully manage all successfully -  

  • As an Innovation leader - Display a thorough understanding of G's Digital Compendium and position those credibly during stakeholder / leadership interactions and also drive implementation of digital led transformation projects within the transition function
  • As a thought-invoking, innovative storyteller and a reliable trusted business advisor, the Transition Innovation Leader would represent transition's portfolio of solutions (artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, design thinking etc.). He/ She will work with our Enterprise digital and blueprint capability teams to identify and architect digital capabilities for transition solutions.
  • Be a follower and promoter of Global Outlook - Leverage Global insights by being curious and constantly innovating through internal/external intelligence. The Transitions Innovation leader should understand Market / Industry realities, opportunities and threats and build an awareness of the domain, products and service lines within the industry in order to build our Digital portfolio for transitions.
