Shell is hiring for Artificial Intelligence Resident who will provide quality or value-added deliverables (e.g. algorithms, software, techniques) in terms of content, clarity and practicality of solutions in order to assist with Shell's drive for deployment of digitalization solutions.

Job Description

Responsibilities And Required Educational Qualification:
  • Completion of four specified job tasks/rotations as defined by your supervisor and mentor in your Shell AI Residency Development Agreement (DA).
  • Complete all required trainings as set in your Shell AI Residency DA.
  • Completion of a Final Assessment which includes a technical oral examination, an accelerator project review, and a project proposal.
  • Provide quality / value-added deliverables (e.g., algorithms, software, techniques) in terms of content, clarity and practicality of solutions in order to assist with Shell's drive for deployment of digitalization solutions.
  • Participate in agile software development methodology, such as daily scrum meetings/stand-ups.
  • Consistently commit working versions of all implemented software in a project repository.
  • Understand and abide by the IP strategy set by projects and accelerators. Identify and contribute to opportunities for patenting, commercializing, or publishing according to the specific IP strategy.
  • Deliver through others via mentoring/coaching and SME development.
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2-3 yeras of experience.
