Required Skills
  • Proven skills to manage complex software implementations across multiple project streams at the enterprise level
  • Software development or other related technical backgrounds
  • Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and effective development practices
  • Strong knowledge and application of Scrum and/or Kanban Methodologies to Application Development
  • Good Exposure to iterative software development processes and procedures
  • Good Understanding of  incremental delivery and the value of metrics
  • Good Understanding of estimation techniques, backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, velocity, and task definition
  • Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Development & Integration, XP, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing, etc.
  • Experience in the use of Agile project management software such as TFS or Rally or Jira

Desired Skills
  • Agile Scrum Master / SAFe Certifications
  • Exposure to any of AWS, Azure, Pivotal Cloud will be an added advantage
  • Exposure to a complex integration environment
  • Partners with distributed cross-functional teams in developing integrated project plans.
  • Communicates effectively and influences key stakeholders.
  • Delivers results driving quality and efficiency
  • Track and report progress against the plan, managing expectations on project status, risks and issues
  • Provide support and troubleshooting of risks, impediments and drive to resolution
  • Evaluates results and identifies opportunities to bring in continuous improvement
  • Works seamlessly with distributed teams across geographies and cultures

  • The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Lead Program Manager to join the engineering team in the Business and Supply Chain Systems team. In this role, you will bring in best practices in leading software solutions across multiple tracks in an Agile way amidst a large complex technical environment.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Manage Business and Supply Chain systems work statement that will work by Boeing India
  • Plan and execute product road map through the determination of project scope and schedule
  • Develop Integrated Project Plans and break down into MVP Iterations.
  • Define project deliverables and monitor for compliance with Quality standards
  • Develop and execute project communication plans
  • Identify project risks & issues and develop mitigation plans
  • Manage work with project resources such as functional analysts, developers etc. in line with project milestones
  • Status reporting and communication to Sr. Management and Executive Leadership
  • Implement effective governance structures, ensuring decision making at the appropriate level, enabling projects to be responsive to change
