We are looking for software quality engineers in test to join our amazing engineering team. We have an ecommerce site for our customers and we want to ensure each and every customer has an amazing experience on site along with the amazing savings. In this role, you'll be the guardian of customer experience.
You will have the opportunity to dramatically impact and algorithmically improve the quality of the Catalog in Walmart. The number of products that is sold on walmart.com grows exponentially every year and so ensuring that we have a Catalog that is rich with product attribute data is extremely important. This gets even more challenging as the quality of the data received by Walmart varies widely

Working with cross-functional teams such as product management, UX, Engineering and other analysts, you will provide actionable insights through large data analytics, rigorous A/B testing, data mining, various financial analysis etc. The ideal candidate should be an independent solution-oriented performer, skilled and experienced with using data to drive strategy and data driven actions.
Your Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of work experience including relevant fields like Analytics / Statistics / Multi variate AB testing strategy-execution or Master's degree in a quantitative field like engineering / statistics / math / computer science / information technology and 3+ years of work experience including relevant fields like Analytics / Statistics / Multi variate AB testing strategy-execution
Minimum 2 years experience in a quantitative or analytical role within ecommerce, consumer or Search analytics.
Advanced SQL & experience with working on large multidimensional datasets
Hands on experience in using Web Clickstream data like Omniture, Google Analytics or equivalent
Proficiency in Power Point, Excel or Tableau or R or Python
HQL / Spark experience
Great articulator in conveying data insights to leadership in easy to understand formats
Manager's preferred Nice to haves
Experience in retail / e-commerce
Experience with Teradata / Hive / Spark / Big data
